HOW TO INSTALL, PROGRAM & TEST NEW ALARM ACCOUNTS

INTO THE MONITORING CENTER USING VIRTUALARM SERVICES.

 

 

 

NEW OR TAKE-OVER ALARM SYSTEM INSTALLATION USING A LAND LINE or VoIP LINE 

WITH INSTALLER CODE FOR PROGRAMMING

 

(1) Each Alarm Partner receives their own "APXX" prefix and can choose to use any final 4 alpha-numeric digits for their accounts that they choose from 0001 to FFFE. 

(2) Log into your Dealer account at www.VirtuAlarm.com.

(3) Complete a NEW CUSTOMER setup as per the VirtuAlarm instructions. 

(4) Complete the alarm installation and test signals into the central station using your assigned TFN.

 

(5) When completed, within 24 hours you must enter the Subscriber Central Station Data Sheet .

 

MONITORING TAKE-OVER USING A LAND LINE or VoIP LINE

 

WITHOUT INSTALLER CODE FOR PROGRAMMING

(1) Purchase a Digital Diverter online at www.VirtuAlarm.com

(2) Each Alarm Partner receives their own "APXX" prefix and can choose to use any final 4 alpha-numeric digits for their accounts that they choose from 0001 to FFFE. 

(3) Log into your Dealer account at www.VirtuAlarm.com.

(4) Complete a NEW CUSTOMER setup as per the VirtuAlarm instructions. 

(5) Complete the alarm installation inserting the Digital Diverter between the Alarm Panel and the Phone Jack.

(6) Test signals into the central station.

(7) When completed, within 24 hours you must enter the Subscriber Central Station Data Sheet .

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 
 
 

IP-WI-FI COMMUNICATOR SETEP

(1) Purchase an IP-WI-FI Broadband Adapter online at www.VirtuAlarm.com. 

(2) Each Alarm Partner receives their own "APXX" prefix and can choose to use any final 4 alpha-numeric digits for their accounts that they choose from 0001 to FFFE.  

(3) Log into your Dealer account at www.VirtuAlarm.com.

(4) Complete a NEW CUSTOMER setup as per the VirtuAlarm instructions. 

(5) Complete the alarm installation using the IP-WI-FI transmitter.

(6) Test signals into the central station.

(7) When completed, within 24 hours you must enter the Subscriber Central Station Data Sheet .

 

MONITORING OVER CELLULAR USING THE IPCELLCOM

(1) Purchase an IPCELLCOM MINI online atwww.VirtuAlarm.com.

 (2) Connect the IPCELLCOM MINI to the customer’s alarm panel

(3) When ready to TEST into the center call the monitoring center at 1-800-765-2580 to place the account on test for 8 hours.

(4) Test the alarm system into the monitoring center & confirm signals were received using the pre-assigned account number.

(5) When completed, within 24 hours you must enter your Subscriber Alarm Data and Billing Information using the pre-assigned account number. ---> (CLICK HERE)

 

Using Alarm.com? Uplink? Connect 24? Alarmnet?

 

WHEN USING YOUR OWN INTERNET OR CELLULAR TRANSMITTER, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT AN ORDER FORM 1 BUSINESS DAY IN ADVANCE.

Since you will not have an account number at this point, simply enter a TEMPORARY account number of T followed by the last seven digits of the customer’s primary phone number. 

For example:  If the customer’s primary phone number is  (222) 333-4444 then use a TEMPORARY account number of T3334444 when submitting the order.

Once the order is processed, our technician will contact you to register the device for service and provide a FINAL account number.

 

 

The following service fees will be required on the 50% Alarm Partner installed monitoring services and will be deducted from the negotiated monthly fees prior to any split commissions therefore we STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you add these fees if you choose to include the service with their monitoring service.

 

$2.50 for no Email address (Requires Bills to be MAILED OUT by U.S.P.O.)

$2.50 for no AUTO payment on file (Credit card or Bank ACH)

$2.50 if the account sends in Daily, Weekly or Monthly AUTO TESTS (Not recommended)

$5.00 if the account sends in DOUBLE Daily, Weekly or Monthly AUTO TESTS (Not recommended)

$5.00 for additional partitions above area 00 & 01

$5.00 If the Account sends in Openings or Closing signals (Not recommended.)

$7.50 if the account requires UL FIRE RESPONSE (Commercial Fire Systems Only)

$5.00 if the account has Commercial Fire & Burglary on the same account(Not Recommended)

$5.00 for 3rd Party Internet or Cellular Routing Fee (Telgua rd, Alarm-Net, Uplink, Alarm.com, etc.)

$2.50 for 3rd Party IP-WI-FI or M2M-MINI-CELL routing fees

$5.00 for basic interactive service added to internet or cellular (If available)

$7.50 for advanced interactive service added to internet or cellular i.e. z wave or video (If available)

NOTE: MINIMUM MONTHLY FEE IS $8.95 BEFORE ANY COMISSIONS OR DEDUCTIONS.
